"Island Life: Biodiversity in world’s largest archipelago".For the past few years as part of its sustainability commitment, the Sustainability office & the Science division present the Marshak Gallery Cafe. A gallery that portrays the research of our talented scientist. This fall, the gallery presents the work of Dr. David Lohman.
Assistant Professor David Lohman spent about five years living in Thailand and Singapore while conducting research throughout Southeast Asia. His laboratory is currently conducting research on the evolution of mimetic butterflies, the biogeography of butterflies in Southeast Asia, the behavioral ecology of slave-making ants, the biogeography of flying foxes, and the role of Buddhist forest monasteries in biodiversity conservation.
