Founded in 1992 at The City College of New York, the Dominican Studies Institute of the City University of New York is the first and only university-based research institute in the United States devoted to the study of people of Dominican descent.

CUNY DSI EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee of the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute is an advisory council to the director of the Institute. Members are selected from among the faculty, appointed by the President of The City College of New York, and approved by the Senate. The current members are:
