Anastasia Sagalovitch

Anastasia Sagalovitch is a graduate student in CCNY’s public service management program, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in public affairs with a concentration in environmental policy. Anastasia hopes to help deploy renewable energy technology and further develop sustainable markets by working at the intersection of the public and private sectors. She has investigated the use of feed-in-tariffs in promoting renewable energy deployment and is completing an internship at a nonprofit incubator, which supports clean technology start-ups and developing a clean-technology community in New York City. Anastasia has a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College where she majored in computer information systems with minors in both political science and in finance and economics. At Baruch, she participated in Model UN and was a member of a self-organized group of students who launched their own committee to bring sustainability to their campus. Anastasia also has mentored high school students at the Health Sciences Academy of Arthur Ashe Institute for Public Health and participated as an undergraduate research scholar with Systems Biology Center New York.
