Support Services Fees
The CCNY Events Screening Committee gives final approval and assigns any required staffing for each event that occurs on campus. Fees associated with an event are also assessed by the CCNY Events Screening Committee. While not required to pay space rental fees, registered City College student clubs, departments, and organizations are responsible for additional costs due to staffing assignments.
Assignments determined by the Office of Public Safety and the CCNY Events Committee.
4 hour minimum.
OEM – Events A/V
$25 service fee for events during normal business hours (9pm-5pm M-F).

|NOTE: Additional staff at $25 per hour. A/V charges must be paid with non-tax levy funds.

|Internal events||No charge during normal business hours. |
Staff required outside of business hours will be charged an hourly rate of $50/hr.

||10% of total cost.
