Students Freshmen students should bring the following documentation to an Admissions Workshop:
1. $65.00 application fee, money order or certified bank check only. No cash or personal checks.
2. A photocopy of your High School Diploma or GED Certificate with scores.
3. Documentation of Immunizations for all students born after 1956. You must show one mumps, one rubella, and two measles vaccinations (at least 30 days apart), or a titer blood test showing immunity to all three. Pregnant or nursing women should not get these vaccinations. Acceptable proof of immunization may include a childhood vaccination card, records from prior schools, or records from your doctor or healthcare provider. Titer test records should include the “reference range”.
4. Official scores from the CUNY Skills Assessment Tests or CUNY ACT Exams. If you have not taken and passed all three exams (reading, writing, math), you will be scheduled for a placement exam or a re-test before your application will be processed. 5. Alien Registration Card for non-citizens.
