Maria E. Jimenez has been involved with the management of students’ academic records since 1985.

She plans and directs all registration activities, including student academic advisement, program changes and course resignations. Disseminates information on the implementation of academic policies and procedures. Reviews the academic standing of all students in the Program and reports to the Student Academic Progress Committee students not meeting the academic requirements of the School and the College. Serves as an advisor and consultant on the administrative process required to implement curriculum changes. Plans and coordinates the schedules of all medical school courses. Coordinates class schedules with room assignments for optimum use of classroom space.
